About Marsha P. Johnson State Park

The East River forms the eastern edge of this 11-acre park, which runs through the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn near North 7th, 8th, and 9th Streets. From its waterfront, visitors get views of the Williamsburg Bridge and the Midtown Manhattan skyline across the water. The site was renamed in honor of Marsha P. Johnson in 2007.
