About Beaver Creek State Park
2,722 acres of land follow the winding course of Little Beaver Creek through the Appalachian foothills. Remnants of the old Sandy and Beaver Canal, including Gaston's Mill, remain scattered through the grounds, marking the waterway's earlier use for transport. The North Country National Scenic Trail runs through the property, and the land supports camping, boating, hunting, fishing and hiking throughout the year.
