About McConnells Mill State Park
A restored gristmill and a covered bridge sit at the bottom of a deep, steep-walled gorge cut by Slippery Rock Creek, reached by a road that threads between large, room-sized boulders on the hillside. The park spans 2,546 acres in Perry and Slippery Rock Townships and lies just southwest of where US 422 meets US 19.
