About Deer Creek State Park
A reservoir anchors this park, which opened in 1974 across Fayette and Pickaway counties and includes a resort and golf course built around the water. The grounds also hold the Harding Cabin, a log cabin once owned by Harry M. Daugherty, who served as attorney general under President Warren Harding. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources manages the property.
