About Great Seal State Park
Hills and woods rising through the Scioto River valley gave this landscape its claim to fame: it inspired the design of the Great Seal of Ohio. Spread across 1,682 acres, the grounds offer hiking and multi-use trails, an 18-hole disc golf course, and primitive campsites, all kept up by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
