About Leonard Harrison State Park

Views of the Pine Creek Gorge, known locally as the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, open up along the east rim here, where the chasm drops 800 feet and stretches nearly 4,000 feet across. The 585-acre park serves as headquarters for Colton Point State Park across the gorge on the west rim, and offers hiking, fishing, hunting, whitewater boating, and camping on land sitting within Shippen and Delmar Townships.
