132 acres of land in the Kettle Creek Valley make up this park, land surrounded on all sides by Susquehannock State Forest. The surrounding woods carry the name Black Forest, a reference to the dense tree cover that once stood there. The park sits along Pennsylvania Route 144 in Stewardson Township, well north of Renovo.
