About Lyman Run State Park
A 45-acre man-made lake forms the center of this park, ringed by a northern hardwood forest of mostly maple and cherry trees. The surrounding land, 595 acres in total, sits almost entirely enclosed within the Susquehannock State Forest, giving the lake a wooded, enclosed setting rather than open shoreline. The park spans two townships, Ulysses and West Branch.
