Nearly surrounded by Elk State Forest, this 386-acre tract sits within one of the largest blocks of state-owned land in Pennsylvania. The boundary crosses two counties, spanning Portage Township in both Cameron and Potter counties, a rare split for a park this size. It borders Pennsylvania Route 155, giving it a direct road connection through the surrounding forestland.
