About Waterbury Center State Park

A day-use area sits along the edge of the 850-acre Waterbury Reservoir, giving visitors access to the water within a larger 90-acre tract. The land falls inside Mount Mansfield State Forest, tying it to that broader forest holding. It was established in 1986, making it a relatively recent addition among the state's protected reservoir lands.
