About New Discovery State Park
Camping, picnicking, and forest trails sit within Groton State Forest, one of seven state parks sharing that forest land. The grounds date to the 1930s, when the Civilian Conservation Corps built the major facilities located mainly in western Peacham, and those structures were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. Access runs along Vermont Route 232.
