About Camano Island State Park

Land along Puget Sound on Camano Island was set aside to give the public access to its shoreline, and today the park spans 173 acres with 6,700 feet of waterfront. It is managed by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. The extent of shoreline is unusual for a park of this size, giving visitors a long stretch of Sound-facing land to explore.
