About Fort Flagler Historical State Park

Marrowstone Island's northern tip holds the former grounds of Fort Flagler, a decommissioned United States Army fort, on land that spans 1,451 acres south of the entrance to Admiralty Inlet. The Marrowstone Point Light stands next to the site, and from the shoreline visitors can look across the water toward Port Townsend, the Navy cranes on Indian Island, and Whidbey Island. Flagler Road ends directly at the park entrance.
