Built as a coastal defense installation, the former Fort Ebey now anchors this 651-acre park on the west side of Whidbey Island. The grounds sit within the Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve and overlook the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission manages the property.
