About South Whidbey State Park

381 acres of old-growth forest and tidelands run along 4,500 feet of shoreline on Admiralty Inlet, on the west side of Whidbey Island. Mature western red cedar, Douglas fir, Sitka spruce, and western hemlock stand throughout the park, including one cedar estimated at over 500 years old, among the largest trees on the island.
