Land along the Skagit River's north bank makes up this 180 acre property, protected for public recreation and put under the care of the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. The property holds 4,000 feet of river shoreline, giving visitors direct access to the water along a substantial stretch of bank. Its name, pronounced like "racer," refers to a location eight miles west of Concrete.
