Eleven miles of Lake Michigan shoreline stretch through this 2,373-acre property at the tip of Door Peninsula, near Europe Lake. It carries Wisconsin's only wilderness designation among the state's parks, a status tied to how the land along that shoreline has been managed. Access is by WIS 42, and the grounds stay open across all seasons.
