About Daisy State Park
The lake at the center of this park, Lake Greeson, was built by the United States Army Corps of Engineers in 1950 as a 7,000-acre reservoir for fishing. The surrounding 276 acres sit in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, bordered by timberlands close to the Ouachita National Forest.
