A swimming beach with showers sits along the shore of Clear Lake, backed by a boat launch and marina that give access to the water. The 590-acre grounds hold 149 developed campsites across four separate campground areas plus two group sites. Because the lake here is a major breeding ground for grebes, a wide no-wake zone covers the Cole Creek launch and the reedy shoreline nearby, an area suited to canoeing and kayaking.
