770 acres of coastline on Georgetown Island make up this stretch of public land, set along the Atlantic Ocean. The park protects sandy beaches and sand dunes, features uncommon in Maine, along with rocky tidepools, salt marshes, and a tidal lagoon. It is managed by the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry.
