About Interlochen State Park

Michigan's oldest state park sits on the narrow strip of land separating Green Lake and Duck Lake, protecting 187 acres set aside in 1917. The isthmus setting gives access to both bodies of water, with boat launches, swimming, and year-round fishing available on the two lakes. Picnicking and camping round out the activities on the grounds.
