About Babler State Park

A bronze statue of Dr. Babler greets visitors near the entrance, marking the start of 2,441 acres set aside for hiking, picnicking, bicycling, horseback riding, and camping. The land was recognized in 1985 as a Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources manages the grounds.
