About Beaver Dam State Park
Since 1935, more than 2,000 acres along Beaver Dam Wash have been set aside as public recreation land, straddling the Nevada/Utah state line. The park protects the wash and surrounding terrain, giving visitors access to a landscape that spans two states within a single boundary. Its size and border location make it a distinct stretch of protected ground unlike a typical single-state park.
