About Hocking Hills State Park
Sandstone gorges, waterfalls, and recess caves define the terrain protected within this park, which in places borders the Hocking State Forest. More than 25 miles of hiking trails wind through the rock formations, giving visitors a network of routes to explore the caves and falls scattered across the property. The trails remain accessible daily throughout the year, including on holidays.
