About Brushy Lake State Park

A 300-acre lake bordered by wooded hills forms the center of this 90-acre site in the Cookson Hills. Visitors find picnic areas with tables and grills, group shelters wired for electricity, 23 concrete camping pads including RV sites, playgrounds, a lighted boat ramp, and separate boat and fishing docks. Comfort stations offer showers along with electric and water service. The property once operated as an Oklahoma state park before passing to local management.
