About Promised Land State Park
Two lakes sit within roughly 3,000 acres of second growth forest, surrounded largely by Delaware State Forest land. The woods here are made up of beech, maple, oak and hemlock, sitting at an elevation of 1,800 feet in the Poconos. The park lies along Pennsylvania Route 390.
