About North Bend State Park
The North Fork of the Hughes River wraps around three sides of the original park boundary, forming the sharp bend that gives the park its name. The 2,459-acre park now includes a 305-acre lake added in recent years, along with the North Bend Rail Trail, a 72-mile corridor for hiking and biking that is managed as part of the park.
