About Blue Mound State Park

The largest hill in southern Wisconsin forms the core of this 1,153-acre park, topped by a pair of observation towers. From there, views stretch north to the Wisconsin River valley and the Baraboo Range, south and west across the mounds, buttes, and forests of the Driftless Area, and east toward the glacial plains and the city of Madison.
