About Pattison State Park
165 feet of falling water on the Black River makes up Big Manitou Falls, the highest waterfall in Wisconsin, found within this park's 1,436 acres. The same river also drops over Little Manitou Falls, a smaller 30-foot cascade further along its course. The land protecting both falls has held state park status since 1920.
