About Magnolia Springs State Park
A spring-fed pool flows at an estimated 7 million gallons a day, clear enough to see straight to the bottom. Alligators, turtles, and fish live in and around the water, alongside a range of birds. The 1,070-acre grounds were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps and opened to the public in 1939, sitting between the towns of Perkins and Millen.
