About Echo Bluff State Park

Before it became parkland, this site operated as Camp Zoe, a children's summer camp that opened in 1929. The 476-acre property takes its name from the towering cliff that rises above one side of Sinking Creek, and it was converted into a state park in 2013. It sits in Newton Township, on land shaped by that creek and its bluff.
