About Thetford Hill State Park

Woods Hill Trail runs for five kilometers through the southern tract of Thetford Hill State Forest, laid out as a cross-country running and skiing course of national caliber. The park operates for day use only, with additional paths available for hiking. Its facilities, several built by the Civilian Conservation Corps, earned a listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. Thetford Academy currently manages the grounds.
