About Lake Tarleton State Park

A swimming beach with no lifeguard sits along the shore of Lake Tarleton, on a 48-acre tract that remains undeveloped. Visitors can fish and hunt in season, and the lake itself supports canoeing along with fishing and swimming. Hiking and picnicking round out the activities available on the grounds.
