About Little River State Beach
The Little River meets the Pacific here, its mouth forming the shoreline this 152-acre park protects. Sitting just off U.S. Route 101, the beach occupies a stretch of coast that has been set aside since 1931. The park's land consists of the river's outlet and the adjoining sand, giving visitors a place where fresh water and ocean tides meet directly along the shore.
