About Eldorado Canyon State Park

Sandstone walls rising above South Boulder Creek draw climbers to one of the world's most accessible and extensive rock climbing areas. The 885-acre park is divided into two sections, the Inner Canyon and Crescent Meadows, offering distinct terrain within the same protected land. South of Boulder, the canyon has been managed as part of the Colorado State Park system since 1978.
