The Farm River estuary forms the eastern edge of this 62-acre property, which sits on the river's western shore. Quinnipiac University manages the land for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and public access is limited, with boating restricted to those holding passes issued by the university. Activities on site include hiking a nature trail, bird watching, and fishing.
