The Osborne Homestead stands as the historic anchor of this 417-acre property spread along the east bank of the Housatonic River, mostly within Derby with a portion reaching into Ansonia. Beyond the homestead, the grounds hold the Kellogg Environmental Center and a network of hiking trails covering the property. The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection manages the site.
