10.3 miles of former New York & New England Railroad bed make up this rail trail, running through Southbury, Oxford, Middlebury, and Naugatuck. Its western end sits at Kettletown Road in Southbury, while the eastern terminus lies at Whittemore Glen State Park. The corridor is open to hiking, biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing along the old rail line.
