About Wildcat Mountain State Park

Sandstone bluffs capped with limestone rise over the Kickapoo River, including Wildcat Mountain and Mount Pisgah, giving views across the narrow valley and its tributary streams. The 3,643-acre park sits in the Driftless Area and borders the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, together forming one continuous protected stretch of land. Visitors can hike, canoe, fish, and cross-country ski here throughout the year.
